Matt and Angus also went on to complete their RYA Coastal/Yachtmaster Theory Shore based courses with BOS in Barcelona. We offer tuition to oversaes students where the first language is not English.

If you are considering crossing over from a foreign Licence to RYA Yachtmaster Offshore you will find the MCA (Maritime Coastguard Agency) demand all MCA Yachtmaster Candidates to have a good command of spoken English and demonstrate this on board during assessment. In order to assist students whose first language is not English you can complete English Language Training Revison as an additional module to all of our courses. Full information is given here.

Blue Oyster Fast Track Students all passed their RYA Theory Courses for RYA/MCA Master 200 gross tons

Congratulations to the Blue Oyster students who all successfully passed their RYA/MCA Yachtmaster Assessments with us this month. All are now able to work in the Industry with commercially endorsed qualifications. The 14 and 15 week courses include all the training required to successfully Skipper a Yacht Power or Sail (dependent on course option) up to 200 gross tons. Fabiano joined us from Brazil, Duncan from The UAE, Matt Harry and George from UK. A tremendous effort by all involved enjoy your Christmas break chaps. Our next course commences 4th January 2016 for Fast Track but we are sailing throughout Christmas and New Year with our usual RYA Course Training program. Contact us here for further information.
