We are offering 4 day Professional Practices and Responsibilities Courses for new Commercial Skippers and revalidating Skippers from our Gibraltar and Barcelona RYA Recognised Training Centres. Four days in the classroom with sufficient coaching and tuition to enable the on line assessment to be taken in the afternoon. We are offering either 4 days continuous or 2 weekends. Our Fast Track YachtmasterPLUS courses not only include RYA Power Boat 1 and 2 Certificates, and STCW 95 but we also now include the Professional Practices and Responsibilities Course. This Certificate is now a mandatory requirement for commercial skippers revalidating and new commercial endorsement applications. 12 March, 26 March, 2 April, 16 April, 7 May, 21 May Course excludes Bed and Breakfast plenty of local accommodation nearby, and transfers to and from the venue. Includes lunch during the Firefighting and all Fire Fighting equipment, bring light weight old clothes, and for the Sea Survival swimming gear and a towel. RYA Yachtmaster Cruising Instructor or RYA Yachtmaster Instructor wanted to Skipper a Bavaria 46 Cruiser on a permanent basis from Gibraltar and Barcelona. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate excellent sailing and management skills, able to either live on board or close by, and willing to Instruct RYA Courses, or run the yacht on Charter. The Yacht will be sailing from Gibraltar but on Charter away from home port when business demands. Friday at last and after an intensive 5 days of theory during which our students Heidi, Darren, Don and Marco covered all the RYA Day Skipper Theory modules they are now preparing for their final written assessment. A final morning of revision which will cover all the topics that each of our students perceives to be a potential problem and then the test. Good luck to them all.
